CSIdentity Launches Global ID Protector

Solution allows businesses to rapidly deploy an identity protection product to a worldwide customer base

Austin, TX – August 11, 2011 – Global companies now have an identity protection solution to offer to customers, no matter their location or language. CSIdentity today announced the official launch of Global ID Protector, the company’s international solution that allows businesses to rapidly deploy an identity protection product to a worldwide customer base.Offering an online portal for customers to access identity alerts that can be localized by country and language, Global ID Protector addresses a pain point that many companies are facing as data breaches and occurrences of identity theft become a near statistical certainty.

Global ID Protector is the only comprehensive identity protection solution on the market today that can be implemented globally. Already used by Fortune 500 international companies, Global ID Protector has been deployed in more than 47 countries around the world and translated into 15 languages. AVG Technologies recently implemented Global ID Protector to power AVG Identity Alert, a new feature of AVG Premium Security.

“Identity theft and data breaches are becoming more prevalent and more costly to companies and affected customers, on a global level,” said Joe Ross, president of CSIdentity. “Global ID Protector allows companies to offer a scalable identity protection solution that can help safeguard their worldwide customers’ personal information.”

The cornerstone of the company’s global solution is CSIdentity’s proprietary CyberAgent' technology. CyberAgent monitors criminal web pages, chat rooms, bulletin boards and other online forums for compromised personal information. When illegal activity is detected, such as the trading or selling of personal information, Global ID Protector will alert the customer and provide instructions on how to prevent further exposure, fraud and take action to restore their identity. Global ID Protector can also be configured to offer varying levels of identity theft insurance and managed identity restoration services where available.
