Burton as its President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Burton takes the reins as the company comes off of unsurpassed growth and success in 2008.

Previous to that leadership position, he was President and CEO of Ad Opt Technologies Inc., a TSX-listed company, where again he drove profitable growth and the acquisition of the Company by a large competitor. Over the course of his career, Mark held the position of President and CEO of Digital Processing Systems Inc., a TSX-listed company, and was a corporate lawyer in New York, Toronto and Ottawa. He has also served as a corporate director of three technology companies: Truition Inc., Averna Technologies Inc., and DALSA Corporation, a TSX-listed company.
