BDS for SharePoint will place the files in a secure package, deliver a notification message to the recipients per policies set by administrators and compliance officers, and facilitate electronic delivery of the files after the recipients have been authenticated. The complete process is tracked and audited for regulatory compliance and reporting purposes.
