ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- Lenel customers can now easily interface Sagem Morpho’s versatile biometric terminals to their security installations with the MEMS-OnGuard® Integration Module (MOIM). MOIM integrates the OnGuard system by Lenel with Sagem Morpho’s MorphoAccess™ Enrollment and Management System or MEMS software and MorphoAccess™ biometric terminals. Having met the stringent factory certification requirements to be part of the OnGuard OpenAccess Alliance Program, Sagem Morpho will show MOIM integrated with OnGuard at the ISC West Conference, March 28-30 in Las Vegas.

“Biometric access control is an important tool for improving facility security,” commented James Conniff, Director of Access Control Solutions at Sagem Morpho. “MOIM provides OnGuard users the ability to add Sagem Morpho’s high-quality biometric access control to their security systems. Cardholder records updated in OnGuard are automatically updated in MEMS. Data from MEMS is then pushed out to MorphoAccess™ terminals to grant access.”

“Sagem Morpho, Inc. has completed required factory testing at Lenel to validate the functionality of its interface to OnGuard. We look forward to their continued involvement in the OnGuard OpenAccess Alliance Program,” said Joshua E. Phillips, Director of Strategic Alliances for Lenel. Through open architecture, the OnGuard Total Security Knowledge Management Solution™ seamlessly integrates physical and IT security, offering the most complete security solution available today.
