PRESS RELEASE

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. and SUNNYVALE, Calif. (Feb. 8, 2011) – Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a business segment of Arrow Electronics Inc. [NYSE: ARW] and IronKey, a leader in secure portable computing solutions, announced a value-added distribution agreement for the North American information technology channel. The two companies are targeting the enterprise market and resellers that service these customers.

“IronKey Enterprise is a solution for the loss of regulated or confidential data. It integrates easily with RSA, McAfee and VMware solutions to create an affordable and simple, yet scalable and reliable, portable secure storage solution for the mobile workforce,” said Arthur Wong, chief executive officer for IronKey. “Our alliance with Arrow ECS is a natural fit given that it distributes these highly complementary solutions.”

Suited for customers in virtually any industry, IronKey Enterprise is a mobile-encrypted storage device providing data encryption and end-point security that can be managed through a centralized cloud-computing solution. As one of IronKey’s Enterprise Value-Add Distributors, Arrow ECS will provide sales, training, engineering, marketing, and financial support to IronKey Elite resellers.

For Elite resellers, IronKey Enterprise serves as a natural extension to their existing security practice, as it adds to end-point protection, data protection and strong authentication installations to generate new and additional revenue opportunities and enhanced margins. Arrow ECS resellers interested in jump-starting a security storage practice can offer IronKey’s award-winning, secure solution for portable and managed data storage for mobile workforce users in the enterprise.

“As a cost-effective, simple-to-deploy and manageable data security solution, IronKey Enterprise offers a particularly compelling value proposition for resellers seeking to establish a storage security practice,” said Mike Nowlan, vice president of security, virtualization and networking for Arrow ECS in North America. “Connecting our resellers to this solution will assist them with realizing additional revenue opportunities.”
