Joe is the VP of Information Systems at Chattahoochee Savings & Loan, where he has worked in the IT department for nearly two decades in information security and systems administration. He is especially interested in network and mobile security and the intersection of physical security with data security. He's also investigating new technologies for power reduction and cooling in the datacenter.

When he's not on the clock, Joe enjoys fishing, playing World of Warcraft with his teenaged sons, and walking his dogs, Bozo and Krusty.

Joe earned a BA from Duke University with majors in computer science and economics. He also holds a CISSP certification and is active in the Atlanta Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) chapter. His recent presentations include:
