Table tennis or Ping Pong Table  requires a tremendous amount of practice. I always try to play as relaxed as possible. This will increase your chances of playing relaxed even in high stress situations, and at the same time decrease your number of injuries.

Personally, I have managed to avoid long injuries, which is one of the reasons I have been able to stay at the top for so many years .A table tennis match is decided in a short time, and you gain nothing by underestimating your opponent. The kindness of accepting losses and showing respect for your opponent is important. Whether I win or not, my strategy has always been to keep a low profile.
