A empresa é referência em massas italianas desde 1998.

O segredo de sua massa fresca ao dente e levíssima, são garantidos pelo uso de sêmola de grano duro, farinha de trigo superior e ovo integral, sem a adição de água, além de laticínios e carnes de primeira qualidade.

Toda a massa de macarrão fresca é preparada com a farinha de trigo que tem o menor teor de cinzas do mercado, e o ponto da massa é dado somente com ovos.
