Air Force Military Officer:   Retired USAF Colonel in 1985 with 22 years active service.  Served in key Supply, Procurement, Computers and Logistics positions in the US, Europe and Asia for 4 Air Force Major Commands, the USAF Air Staff (Pentagon), Defense Logistics Agency, and NATO. All positions  involved in designing, implementing and/or operating secure IT systems.  AF System Program Director of the first USAF combat zone use of open systems, Defense Data Network and personal computers in the 1980's.
