good article
Good point near the end about the issue for users accessing via mobile device. It's problem enough when a known cloud service address is well-spoofed - users sometimes won't notice even on a laptop. But on a smartphone, only the really skeptical employees are going to think before clicking.

This article indicates someone limited to UK.  However, I have seen many phishing emails sharing docs from sharepoint in the US, Pacific NW.
