nuBridges Upgrades Managed File Transfer Solution

nuBridges Exchange Commerce Suite v3.5.1 produces audit trails for digitally exchanged documents to aid companies in compliance

ATLANTA — December 21, 2010 — nuBridges, the secure eBusiness authority, announced today that a new version of nuBridges Exchange™ Commerce Suite™ is now available. Version 3.5.1 of nuBridges’ secure digital business data exchange software now automatically tracks business documents to help companies comply with data security mandates and privacy laws and provides cross-platform support for all popular Microsoft', Linux and Unix operating systems and compatible databases.

nuBridges Exchange Commerce Suite is a well-established Internet-based Managed File Transfer (MFT) software solution for securely exchanging B2B documents between trusted trading partners. Enterprises can install Commerce Suite on their own servers to establish an eBusiness hub to handle document mail boxing, delivery, trading partner management, security, authentication and non-repudiation to prove the integrity and origin of the data being exchanged. Designed for high transaction volumes, it is in production in some of the most demanding B2B environments, including the world’s largest retailer and largest e-tailer.

“nuBridges Exchange Commerce Suite is widely recognized as one of the most powerful, secure MFT engines on the market for its performance in high-volume environments and broad platform support, yet it scales down to serve even the smallest businesses,” said Kee Murray, nuBridges executive vice president of Product Development. “Commerce Suite’s scalability is the perfect solution for companies that expect their volumes to increase over time. It’s a high-value product that we continuously invest in to ensure that it meets the needs of our customers by helping them operate efficiently, securely and in compliance.”

To help businesses comply with HIPAA, SOX, the Payment Card Industry’s Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and other mandates, as well as to aid in internal troubleshooting, nuBridges Exchange Commerce Suite v3.5.1 includes additional audit and reporting capabilities that help companies reach compliance; tracing, logging and managing all file transfer transactions, companywide. An enhanced reporting function allows log reports to be generated on demand to aid in compliance audits. Version 3.5.1 is certified on all current Microsoft' Windows' platforms as well as on most Linux and Unix operating systems.

nuBridges Commerce Suite v3.5.1 is currently available, and is a no-cost upgrade for nuBridges customers with active software maintenance contracts.
