This article is may attract a lot of comments from a lot of people who are not lawyers and do not know the law.

They may have entertainment value, but that's all.

If you really want to know what the law says, talk to a lawyer.

It is normally illegal to hit someone on the head with a baseball bat.- But if that person is breaking into your home, most states will call it self defense and you will be exonerated.-

The researcher posted all of the warnings you would expect to find for a forbidden area yet the hackers still proceeded.- In my opinion that would be comparable to breaking into my home and I would expect to be allowed to protect my home and family with whatever means I have at my disposal.
