Shared or Public Workstations
I'm glad that Twitter owned up to and rectified the issue as soon as they could however I think the risk is minimal for those who do not have shared workstations. I would say that for shared workstations its advisable for the admins to make the browsers either incognito or private in the registry so that information from previous users does not get cached by default. Just a best practice.
