Great material, good ideas for implementing the implementation of such patterns. Yes, perhaps these character traits are one of the key for people and their work in this area.

Eight Traits and Perspective
This is interesting as I had never thought of it like that but those would align with my thoughts of effective CyberSec personel. If you truly think about it, you need to be able to interface with other teams and get them to perform tasks that support the safety of the company. To do so you need to be able to illicit help. Being modest and showing the merits altruistically are the first tools in the arsenal.

You would have to meet a very obstinant person to have someone respond "No" to the question "Do you want to make the company more secure?"
