Impossible to achieve
Pefect privacy is a myth - it may exist for a portion of data given category and source, but only for a time.  Privacy is really what one chooses to MAKE PUBLIC and NOT MAKE PUBLIC.  If we put it out there, it will be found by somebody at some time.  Our CHOICE - to a degree let the buyer beward.  Put a credit card transaction out there, it will be compromised at some point in time.  Guarantee or act as if it would be so.  Pt SSNumber out there and it will be stolen.  From any numer of places btw.  Multiple data points guarantee a single hit.  Resume with personal data?  Hey - name and address is a good starting point.  Email too.  We have a ton of data just OUT THERE for theft so the only right we DO have is to choose what we do and it's limitations.  IE an internet usage credit card,  OK - good to use IF you pick a card with a LOW LOW CREDIT LIMIT so nobody can use it to buy a big screen TV or something like that.  Protect naturally.
