On Anti-virus
There is a little scam running if you pick Avast - a good product but a third party firm conracts out for support calls and billing (they also run part of the Microsoft tech support scam).  A customer of mine was billed $600 for a year of Avast product - she realized the mistake and cancelled the whole card but it is there is quite deceptive.  Avast does nothing really about it either.  So warned
