Emails MAY be unsame
But I should also add that the vast majority of uneducated users who just open up infected emails are MORE to blame for the direct infeciton of a mahcine.  Just because Ebola exists in Africa does not make it bad per se --- when it is transmitted THAT is what make sit truly a horror show.  We need better education for staff in every ocmpany and home across the board.
