I agree @JeremiahT660. Just need to ensure that parameters are specified for the red team exercises so that they do not affect critical practices.

Step in the right direction
This is definitely a step in the right direction. Hopefully Germany will leverage private security sources to facilitate more data to their program. Information Sharing can be very helpful when setting up a new cyber security wing.
