The millenial effect
This is evcen more critical with an employee-base of millenials, born on socila media, with a device in hand.  The more we can educate and provide practical test that show " how it feels" to be hacked, the better.

Interesting Correlation
My organization just started using KnowBe4. Prior to that we utilized other security awareness methods. We noticed a drastic improvement to the point where non-technology based users were reporting suspicious activity that subverted our security mechanisms. Security awareness is worth the time, money, and effort.
