Difference
I think that's something that a lot of people miss about the millenial generation - which should really be split up as there is a stark difference between those birthed in the late 80s and those born in the late 90s - that while they are the most prolific sharers ever, often times what's shared is a front. 

Here's me on holiday, here's me doing awesome things, here's me eating this and buying that. That's not the real them. The real them is just as privacy concious as ever, but they split that into something seperate. 

That's what they care about protecting, just as any generation has.
