Actually, just realised it doesnt matter. I changed my browser user agent to, say, Safari on IPhone, html5 then kicked in and I could watch it without needing Flash.

Yes, I agree, transcripts would be good.  I wanted to watch but it required Flash player (!) and I have no plans of re-installing it anytime soon.
