LOL.  They can't even empower technological oversight agencies to ensure that their other agencies get basic stuff right, like comply with IPv6 requirements no later than 6 years after the original deadline, or remembering to buy the actual computers and software when contracting with a tech company.

And after healthcare.gov, I have zero confidence in this administration to get "e-anything" right.

Expanding to Private Sector
I feel that for this to gain any type of footing, this initative needs to be expanded to the private sector. Is there currently standards set out for the private sector that uphold similar principles?
