I like that in the third tenant the idea of 'least privilege" is discussed. It is important to point out that many times an employee may transition within an institution. In this scenario, they may still maintain their old access while acquiring new types of access. It is important to have a series of managerial checks and balances to ensure that previous/unwarranted access is remove accordingly.
