PRESS RELEASE

(LOS ANGELES May 25, 2010) — Lieberman Software Corp. has partnered with Raytheon Company to combine Raytheon’s military-grade, DVR-type incident recording, replay and advanced insider-threat detection and monitoring capabilities with Lieberman Software’s market-leading privileged identity management solution set.

The combination of Raytheon SureView™ and Lieberman Software’s Enterprise Random Password Manager™ (ERPM) offers unparalleled protection against insider threats, providing control over administrative access to sensitive data throughout corporate and government networks.

Organizations today face a significant challenge in mitigating threats from insiders with privileged access. While traditional identity access management and role-based access solutions provide controls for conventional users, they offer limited protection against misuse by those with credentials that allow elevated access. Administrative, super user, root, fire call and other privileged accounts are pervasive in any organization. These “keys to the kingdom” grant access to programs and files containing sensitive data.

If privileged accounts are not properly protected and managed, they represent a significant risk to organizations, resulting in possible theft of proprietary information, IT service disruptions and compliance audit failures.

The Raytheon and Lieberman Software products integrate to:

* Discover unsecured privileged accounts in all major operating systems, network appliances, databases, Web services, line-of-business applications, and more. * Continuously compartmentalize and secure privileged credentials, allowing audited access only by authorized personnel. * Monitor the endpoint activity of administrative users as they access sensitive data, alerting the appropriate staff whenever policy violations occur. * Provide DVR-like replay of captured user activities, fingerprinting critical intellectual property and instantly enforcing policies to mitigate intentional and unintentional insider threats.

“With so many government and private-sector regulatory standards mandating control and auditing of privileged account credentials, the joint solution adds significant value for our customers,” said Ted Mallo, senior manager of advanced solutions at Raytheon.

“Enterprise Random Password Manager and Raytheon SureView offer an unbeatable combination to safeguard sensitive data," said Philip Lieberman, president of Lieberman Software. “The combination provides detailed audit trails for each requested privileged access, authoritative evidence of exactly what transpired with every access, and continuous detection and strengthening of privileged accounts to eliminate the potential for access by unauthorized personnel and malicious software.”
