Forescout Technologies and Advent International announced today that Advent's tender offer for shares of Forescout, announced in February, has closed. The transaction, at $29.00 per share, gives Advent and its partner in the transaction - Crosspoint Capital Partners - ownership of Forescout while providing Forescout with financial support and expertise.
