The deals are intended to expand Deloitte's zero-trust portfolio and broaden its reach into federal markets, the company reports.
Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory will acquire TransientX, Inc., a zero trust network access (ZTNA) company based in Hoboken, NJ.
In a release, Deloitte officials say that TransientX's cloud-native application networking technology for ZTNA will be added to the company's existing zero trust products.
Deloitte will also acquire Sentek Consulting, Inc. (Sentek Global), a San Diego-based systems engineering and cybersecurity firm primarily serving the U.S. Navy. Deloitte says the deal will expand its presence in San Diego and add to its systems engineering capabilities and security offerings for other military branches and federal agencies.
The company did not disclose the terms of either deal.
