Why Every Organization Needs an Incident Response Plan

OK, perhaps that's obvious. The question is, how come so many organizations still wait for something to happen to trigger their planning?

INDEED - Most compehensive and unusual for this venue.  A good friend of mine is a certified DR and Business Continuity consultant in Manhattan would agree.  BTW - which department after a crash does a firm want a SWAT team to get running fast!!! ----- Accounts Receivable - money is needed right away.  ( SWAT team - experts at reconstruct of a network )
