Eric P. Schlesinger serves as Senior Vice President of Polaris Alpha's CYBER & SIGINT Division. Eric has more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure and operations management, focused on building efficient and scalable solutions. He leads corporate-wide strategic growth activities, including multidisciplinary groups in innovation, big data analytics, mobile exploitation, cloud-based implementations and virtualization. Eric oversees the integration of unique resources for a comprehensive research and learning organization to explore, discover, and invent, bringing diverse talents to bear on major technological problems and producing innovation that drives a creative economy. He drives thought leadership around innovation while serving as a pivotal educator of emerging technologies and digital trends both internally and externally with the understanding of the compelling connection between technology and people.  Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing the company's annual IT Strategic Plan, overseeing all maintenance and operations of the IT infrastructure, including security, compliance, and service level agreements.

Eric holds a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Masters of Business and Technology Management from Stevenson University. Additionally, he has earned several industry designations including his CISSP, CRISC and ITIL v3 Foundation in IT Service Management.
