Beth Burgin Waller is a lawyer who knows how to navigate between the server room and the board room. As chair of the cybersecurity & data privacy practice at Woods Rogers, she advises clients on cybersecurity and on data privacy concerns. In this capacity, she guides clients on matters ranging from incident response plans to cybersecurity insurance coverage to the complicated world of privacy compliance. 

She is an adjunct professor of law at Washington and Lee University Law School. In 2018, Beth was appointed to serve as a member of the Virginia State Bar's special committee on technology and the practice of law, where she chairs the subcommittee on cybersecurity. Beth speaks and writes frequently on the intersection between technology and the law.
