PEARL RIVER, N.Y. -- Insightix, the developer of stateful IT visibility and network access control solutions, today announced that Bill Lavelle has joined the company as Vice President of Sales in the Americas.

Lavelle will be responsible for driving Insightix’s business growth across the Americas and will focus on engaging major channel partners in order to accelerate the distribution of the company’s IT visibility and network access control solutions.

Lavelle joins Insightix after spending ten successful years at Check Point Software Technologies. Lavelle served as Check Point’s Vice President of Sales, where he was directly responsible for revenue generation in the Americas and managed a staff of over 200 regional directors, country and area managers, channel and account managers, and presales engineers. While at Check Point, Lavelle helped establish and grow the company’s channel partner sales strategies and relationships.
