HUNTSVILLE, Ala. -- ArxceoR Corporation, a provider of anti-reconnaissance and anomaly-based attack prevention technology, today announced that it has opened offices in Atlanta, GA and Tokyo, Japan. They also have announced the appointments of Greg Grant as Vice President of Sales and Channel Development and Dave Bryan as Director of Finance.

He joins Arxceo from Nokia, where he implemented and led the Enterprise Partner Program for their Intellisync products. Mr. Grant also served as a core member of the management team at Internet Security Systems, where he helped guide the company's successful transition from a product to a services-oriented model which eventually lead to their purchase by IBM's global services division for over $1.3 billion. He will lead the new Atlanta office.

Dave Bryan joins Arxceo's Huntsville team as Director of Finance. Mr. Bryan has over 12 years financial management experience. He was previously Business Operations Controller for Nokia in Huntsville, Alabama after its purchase of DiscoveryCom. Mr. Bryan's other recent positions include director of finance for Teracruz, a database network appliance company and controller for Thermo Information Solutions.

"We are on a growth path as the demand for our innovative, anti-reconnaissance security appliances and patented technology increases," said Don Davidson, CEO of Arxceo. "We welcome Greg and Bryan to the Arxceo team and are confident in their ability to help us manage our continued growth as we focus on providing our customers with the best anti-reconnaissance and anti-spoofing network security in the industry."

Arxceo's Ally ip100 and IP1000 security appliances, as well as Personal IPS (a new, endpoint security solution for Windows XP) are now sold into Asia through Arxceo Japan. Personal IPS integrates Arxceo's patented Plug and Protect (PnPRO(TM)) and Tag-UR-IT(TM) technologies into Japan Communications Inc.'s (JCI) award-winning B-Mobile PHS product. JCI, a leading Japanese MVNO, acquired a majority ownership in Arxceo in February, 2006.
