  • AirTight Networks' SpectraGuard Enterprise has established its industry leadership position by delivering the key elements of an effective wireless intrusion prevention system (WIPS):

  • detecting and correctly classifying wireless threats - to catch all threats, while minimizing false alarms

  • preventing (multiple, simultaneous) wireless threats - while continuing to scan for new ones

  • accurately locating the wireless threats on a floor map - so they can be removed. This patented functionality has led AirTight's three announced OEM customers to select AirTight as their technology supplier for this critical security functionality.

"SpectraGuard Enterprise is clearly the leading WIPS solution in the market today," said Dennis Tsu, vice president of marketing at AirTight Networks. "We now have multiple sources - enterprise customers, industry analysts, independent press reviews, 3rd party laboratories, and our OEM customers - all confirming that AirTight's solution is superior to the competition."
