This announcement underscores SecureWorks commitment to expand globally to better serve an increasing number of multi-national, UK and European-based clients.

With this acquisition, SecureWorks expands its global operations and service offerings to include a UK-based Security Operations Center, offices in London and Edinburgh, a team of seasoned security analysts and consultants, an Identity and Access Management Practice and additional sales and management staff dedicated to growing revenues in the UK and Europe.
