The agreement between both companies is part of Modulo's consolidation worldwide and it will provide an expanding customer base in the Iberian region with regional expertise and localized support.

GigaTrust and Modulo will work together to help companies assess their risks and adapt their security systems to the various international standards and regulations (ISO, COBIT, SOX, PCI) and to the Spanish legislation in effect, such as the Statutory Data Protection Law (LOPD). With the Modulo Risk Manager(TM) application, GigaTrust partners and customers in Spain will be able to detect not only an organization's risks associated with both technology (software and hardware) and non-technology assets -- including personnel, processes and its business environment -- but also its levels of compliance with standards and regulations.
