Checkmarx has announced the acquisition of Custodela in a deal that will bring DevSecOps integration to the Checkmarx platform.
According to the release announcing the purchase, Checkmarx will target executives as they try to build a mature DevSecOps program while avoiding scenarios that increase software risk exposure. Checkmarx's platform-centric solution is heavily automation based, as are Custodela's DevSecOps tools for software security deployment and automation.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
