KEY WORDS - WELL TRAINED
Some users know about phishing emails and attachments but they are a vast minority!!!   Most are just semi smart but if an invoice comes in telling them they have a $ 325 credit with the Liberty Wine company ( it's a real hoax from 2016) - THEY JUST WANT TO SEE IF THEY GOT MONEY.  In other words, being human outweights being smart.  I had one actuary actually just want to open the famous Anna Kournikovia email to see what it does!!!  Almost eliminated support for this moron for a year if he touched it.  Curiosity killed the cat.  So smart users are a rare breed and don't count on them as major endpoint walls of protection.
