Big Names, Big Blogs

Posted by Kelly Jackson Higgins, Aug 10, 2009 08:18 AM

The Dark Reading blog section continues to add new voices from some of the top security researchers and experts in the industry.

You can find Sophos senior technology consultant Graham Cluley's take on major security breaches, events, and other news of the day in Sophos Insights. And John Sawyer, senior security engineer on the IT Security Team at the University of Florida, provides an independent, in-the-trenches view from the perspective of an IT security pro in the Evil Bytes blog.

Then there's the Hacked Off blog, which is written by a rotation of top security researchers, hackers, and experts from various corners of the industry -- including Gadi Evron, Rob Enderle, Robert Graham, Jeremiah Grossman, David Maynor, Rich Mogull, Nathan Spande, and Steve Stasiukonis.

In keeping with Dark Reading's tradition of bringing the key players from the industry, we now add Bruce Schneier to that distinguished group of bloggers. Schneier, who is chief security technology officer at BT Counterpane, as well as an author and blogger on his own Website, posted his first blog today for Hacked Off.

Each of Dark Reading's bloggers brings a unique perspective from his view and position in the security world, with thought-provoking insight on the latest trends and security news. Be sure to check them all out.
