FSB, meanwhile, said around 50 suspects were detained on June 1 for involvement in the cybertheft of 1.7 billion rubles.
The central bank acknowledged the attack in a recent financial stability report, stating hackers attempted to steal 2.87 billion rubles - of which authorities recovered 1.67 billion.
